Here's a little excerpt from tonight's conversation ....
Me: Oh, I better get my glasses.
Cadence: Why mom?
Me: Well, I'm going to see a movie and I might have to read words.
Cadence: Why mom?
Me: Well, the movie is in Chinese, so the english words will be on the screen.
Cadence: Mom, I should come. I would probably know the words 'cause I'm Chinese!
You ARE, and you are amazing!!!!
By the way, Snowflower and the Secret Fan ... book ... much better than the movie, FYI!
