Well ... it was a calm and relaxed 'ceremony' ! Really, meeting Cadence FAR exceeded our expectations. We sat down to begin the 'paperworks' and all of a suddent the babies were 'here' and when they said here, they meant right in the room! There was no time for emotions or tears as we had a mad scramble for the cameras! Cadence gave us her first smile almost immediately!
She has been ours for about 2 hours already and she is BUSY! We are just hanging on the king size bed enjoying every moment of her. She is going out for her first meal in about 20 minutes ... she has been easy so far! I anticipate we will still experience some grieving within the next day or so but right now, we couldn't be happier!!!

Whoo-hoo!! Congratulations!!! Glad it is all going so well. LOVE the pictures. Lucy was VERY happy too and stayed that way. We just got up - how I managed to sleep was beyond me - and the first thing we did was turn on the PC. Wish I was there.
